Founder of ARCH Impacts • Author of The GENUINE Advantage
Professional Bio
Jonathan Couser is the founder of ARCH Impacts and the creator of the GENUINE™ Framework, a practical relational operating system designed to help people show up whole in a world overwhelmed by disconnection. Before launching ARCH Impacts, Jonathan spent nearly two decades as a senior executive inside Fortune Top 20 companies, leading large-scale cultural transformations, building high-performing teams, and developing leaders across multiple industries.
During those years, Jonathan saw a pattern that cut across titles, departments, and performance reviews: people were succeeding professionally while quietly unraveling relationally. Leaders were exhausted. Teams were disengaged. Individuals were achieving more and feeling less alive. The internal critic was loud. Trust was low. Busyness replaced meaningful connection.
What Jonathan witnessed at the executive level mirrored what he saw happening in families, schools, athletic programs, and faith communities. We weren’t facing a work crisis — we were facing a relational recession.
Recognizing this deeper, universal problem, Jonathan made the rare decision to step away from corporate leadership at the height of his career. He founded ARCH Impacts to focus entirely on the work he believed mattered most: helping people rebuild the relational strength, emotional alignment, and wholeness that modern life has quietly eroded.
His upcoming book, The GENUINE Advantage, brings together everything he has learned from decades in executive leadership, coaching, and human development. It offers a simple, actionable framework for escaping the relational recession, quieting the internal critic, and showing up whole in every environment of life.
